Category 01
Inbound & Receiving
Every shipment is logged, inspected, and stowed within 24–48 hours of arrival so your inventory clock starts the moment goods hit our dock.
Receiving pallets and boxes at the warehouse
Scheduled dock appointments for LTL, parcel, and ocean container drop-offs.
Unloading and stowing incoming shipments
Manual and forklift-assisted unload, with photographs taken on arrival.

Category 03
Trucking & Local Delivery
Port pick-ups, cross-dock, and regional trucking across the Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) — covering up to 8 standard pallets or 8,000 lbs per run.
Port pick-up (Port Everglades & Port Miami)
Container and pallet collection straight from the port — $165 per shipment at Port Everglades, $300 at Port Miami.
Local trucking & cross-dock (Tri-County)
Same-day local moves and cross-dock at $90 per hour (3-hour minimum), including truck, driver, fuel, and the first 30 miles.
Regional trucking
Out-of-area delivery at a $150 base fee plus $3.25 per mile; a fuel surcharge may apply when regional diesel tops $4.50/gal per the EIA index.

Marketplace-compliant labels applied with thermal printers and verified against scans — so cartons clear receive without surprises.

Minimum monthly service fee: $500–$1,000 depending on volume. This helps us reserve warehouse space, coordinator time, and operational capacity for active clients.
Storage billed monthly in advance; fulfillment and handling billed monthly in arrears. Payment terms: Net 30 from invoice date.
Carrier charges (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL) billed separately at cost. SunPort reserves the right to modify fees at any time without prior notice based on market fluctuations, labor costs, or operational adjustments.
Trucking & local delivery conditions
Trucking capacity: local and port delivery rates cover up to 8 standard pallets or 8,000 lbs total cargo weight, whichever is reached first. Overweight or oversized loads require a custom quote.
Trucking detention: the first hour of waiting at ports or client facilities is included; additional time is billed at $75 per hour, in 30-minute increments.
Fuel surcharge: mileage-based regional routes may incur an additional surcharge when regional diesel prices exceed $4.50 per gallon, based on the weekly EIA index.
Tri-County area: covers Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Local hourly rates include truck, driver, fuel, and the first 30 miles of travel; additional miles are billed at $3.25 per mile.
