SunPort Prep Center Corp(“SunPort,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Florida corporation operating a third-party logistics warehouse at 1320 Stirling Rd, Dania Beach, FL 33004. You can reach us at sales@sunport-prep.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to run our business and respond to your inquiries.
- Information you provide to us when you submit the contact form, request a quote, sign a service agreement, or email us — typically name, company, work email, phone, monthly unit volume, primary channel, and the message you send.
- Operational data generated in the course of providing services — SKU records, shipment manifests, label files, carrier tracking numbers, inventory counts, and other fulfillment metadata.
- Basic technical data from your browser — IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages viewed — collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics — only if you accept the analytics cookie banner. Default is essential-only.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To operate the services we’re engaged to perform: receiving, storage, labeling, prep, kitting, dispatch, and reverse logistics.
- To send invoices, payment reminders, and operational notifications.
- To improve our website and services in aggregate, non-identifying form.
- To comply with law and to enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising on this website.
4. How we share information
We share information only with parties that help us deliver services or that we are legally required to share with.
- Carriers and marketplaces — UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL carriers, Amazon, Walmart, and other destinations we ship to on your behalf. We share only what each party needs to accept and deliver the shipment.
- Service providers — our hosting provider (Vercel), email provider (Resend, where applicable), payment processor, accountant, and attorneys. Each is bound by confidentiality.
- Legal compliance — when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site running. Analytics cookies are loaded only after explicit consent via the banner at the bottom of the page. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the “sunport-cookie-consent” value in your browser’s site data settings.
6. Data retention
Quote-request data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless we have an active engagement, in which case standard operational records are retained for the period required by U.S. tax, customs, and corporate law (generally seven years). You may request earlier deletion subject to those legal obligations.
7. Security
We use encrypted transport (TLS) for the website and our email systems, role-based access to our Warehouse Management System, and standard physical-security controls at the warehouse. No system is perfectly secure; we do not represent otherwise.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or limit the processing of your personal information. Florida and U.S. federal residents can also email us at sales@sunport-prep.com to exercise any rights granted under applicable law. We will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Children
This is a B2B service site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. International transfers
Information is stored and processed in the United States. If you engage us from outside the U.S., you consent to that transfer and to the application of U.S. law.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 30 days.
