  • What does SunPort Prep Center do?

SunPort is a third-party logistics (3PL) and Amazon FBA prep center based in Dania Beach, FL. We receive, store, label, pack, kit, and dispatch goods on behalf of e-commerce sellers — to Amazon fulfillment centers, retail DCs, and direct-to-consumer addresses across the U.S.

  • Where is the warehouse located?

Our 2,500 sq ft facility is at 1320 Stirling Rd, Dania Beach, FL 33004 — minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, and the I-95 / I-595 corridor. The location is purpose-built for inbound ocean containers and outbound parcel + LTL freight.

  • Who do you typically work with?

Our core customer is an Amazon or marketplace seller doing roughly $250K–$10M in annual GMV who needs reliable prep, accurate inventory counts, and someone who picks up the phone. We also support DTC brands shipping from Shopify, importers handling LCL/FCL ocean freight, and B2B sellers consolidating cargo for retail DCs.

  • Can you handle Amazon FBA prep?

Yes — FBA prep is a core service line. That includes FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, suffocation warnings, hazmat handling, bundling (2-pack, 3-pack), kitting, master-carton labeling, pallet build, and direct freight to Amazon fulfillment centers per the seller's shipment plan.

  • What marketplaces do you ship to besides Amazon?

Walmart WFS, Target Plus, eBay, Shopify, Faire, TikTok Shop, and any U.S. retail DC. If your channel has a labeling or packaging SOP, send it over — we'll build it into your standard work instructions.

  • How fast is your turnaround on prep?

Standard turn time on received inventory is 24–72 hours from check-in to outbound-ready, depending on the SOP complexity and current queue. Rush slots are available for time-sensitive launches; ask about expedited handling when you scope the work.

  • How is pricing structured?

À la carte. Our standard rate card — pallet storage from $18/month, pallet receiving $10, pick at $3.50 first item + $0.40 each additional, packing $1.50/order, FNSKU labeling $0.30/unit, kitting $1.50/unit — is published on the Services page. Minimum monthly service fee runs $500–$1,000 depending on volume. Storage is billed in advance, fulfillment in arrears, Net 30. Quoted volumes above the standard footprint get a custom card after a 15-minute scoping call.

  • Is there a minimum monthly spend or contract term?

We work month-to-month with no long-term contracts. There's a modest monthly minimum to keep an account active, which we'll quote on the scoping call. There are no setup fees for standard onboarding.

  • How does onboarding work?

Five steps. (1) 15-minute scoping call. (2) Mutual NDA + signed SLA. (3) You ship a sample shipment plus your SOPs and label templates. (4) We do a paid test batch (typically 1–2 days). (5) Once you sign off, we go live with full receiving and prep.

  • How do I track inventory and orders?

All SKUs live in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with real-time counts, cycle-count history, and inbound/outbound logs. We send a weekly inventory snapshot by email and stand up read-only WMS access on request for higher-volume accounts.

  • What service level can I expect for accuracy and SLAs?

Our target is 99%+ piece-level accuracy on outbound, measured against client SOPs. Standard SLAs cover receive-to-stow time, label-to-ship time, and weekly inventory reconciliation. SLAs and accuracy targets are written into every client agreement.

  • Do you handle hazmat, fragile, or temperature-sensitive inventory?

We handle standard ambient inventory and Amazon-approved hazmat categories (limited quantity, ORM-D). We are not a cold-chain or controlled-substance facility. If your SKU has special handling requirements, surface them during scoping so we can confirm fit.

  • Can you receive ocean containers and floor-loaded freight?

Yes — including drayage coordination from Port Everglades and Port of Miami, devanning of floor-loaded 20' and 40' containers, and reconciliation against packing lists with photo evidence.

  • Do you handle returns and reverse logistics?

Yes. We inspect returns, photograph damage, regrade saleable units, and re-prep them for Amazon Removal Order or restocking. Non-saleable units are routed to disposition per your written policy.

  • What carriers do you use?

Parcel via UPS, FedEx, and USPS; LTL and FTL via a vetted broker network for Amazon FC freight and retailer DC deliveries. We can ship under our account or yours — whichever lands the better rate.

  • Are you insured?

Yes. SunPort carries general liability and warehouseman's legal liability. Certificates of insurance are available on request as part of the onboarding packet.

  • Do you offer photography, listing prep, or other marketplace support?

Our scope is logistics — receiving, prep, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. We can refer photographers and listing-prep specialists from our partner network, but we don't run that work in-house.

  • How do I get a quote?

Email sales@sunport-prep.com or submit the form on the contact page with your monthly unit volume, SKU count, and target channels. We respond within one business day with availability and a draft scope.
