Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of sunport-prep.com and any pre-engagement communication with SunPort Prep Center Corp. Service-level performance, pricing, liability, and SLAs are governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed with each client.

1. Acceptance

By accessing sunport-prep.com (the “Site”) or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes services that SunPort Prep Center Corp(“SunPort”) offers from its Dania Beach, Florida warehouse. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services, a guarantee of specific results, or a legal or financial opinion. Engagements are formed only by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and an executed Statement of Work or rate card.

3. Service descriptions and pricing

The eighteen service lines listed on the Services page reflect our operating SOP. Pricing is quoted per engagement based on scope, number of goods, and processing complexity, and is documented in writing before any inventory is received. Indicative pricing on the Site is illustrative and may change without notice; written quotes issued to a prospect or client govern.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest content from the Site.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material.
  • Submit false information through the contact form.
  • Use the Site to compete with us or solicit our clients or employees.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content — copy, layout, graphics, the SunPort logo, and the structure of the service catalog — is the property ofSunPort Prep Center Corp or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission, except for ordinary in-browser caching and short quotations with attribution.

Third-party trademarks (Amazon, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Shopify, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe interoperability.

6. Service-level engagement (MSA)

Once an MSA is signed, services are governed by that MSA and any attached SOWs. SLAs, operating warranties, accuracy targets, insurance, indemnities, and dispute-resolution mechanics are set out there. In the event of a conflict between the MSA and these Terms, the MSA controls.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunPort disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Site itself. This section does not limit warranties expressly given in an MSA.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SunPort be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of the Site. SunPort’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Service-engagement liability is governed separately by the MSA.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SunPort Prep Center Corp, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
