Nick founded SunPort to give U.S. sellers a small-batch alternative to the big-box 3PLs — a prep partner that picks up the phone, knows your SKUs by name, and treats each pallet like it matters. He has personally launched four companies to sustainable profitability, with hands-on experience in operations, P&L management, and team building. At SunPort he sets strategic direction, owns major client relationships, and approves every operating SOP that ships out of the Dania Beach warehouse.

Nataliia coordinates daily inbound, outbound, and inventory tasks at the SunPort warehouse — adjusting priorities in real time, stepping in hands-on when volume requires, and maintaining Warehouse Management System accuracy across receipts, moves, and shipments. She runs carrier pickup coordination, supports cycle counts and discrepancy investigations, and is the operational point of contact for new client onboarding.
